Our first house! We closed today, we put in an offer on January 9th and closed February 7th. Only our Heavenly Father could manage that!
Its a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car attached garage, with pool, on an acre for $89,000. Again, only He could do that!
We did our final walk through on Saturday and found out at 3:10 this afternoon that it is officially ours. We will get the keys tomorrow.
Congratulations on the house! How fantastic for all of you to have more room and your own place! Looked at the pictures on fb...looks great...but I think they liked the color blue~~ha! much like the people we bought this place from liked brown!! funny!!
